The Council, at the third meeting of its 168th Session on 19 February 2003, and the Air

7、Navigation Commission at the twelfth meeting of its 161st Session on 28 November 2002, under authority delegated by the Council, took action as indicated hereunder on the recommendations of the Meteorology (MET) Divisional Meeting (2002). 2. RECOMMENDATIONS FOR AMENDMENT OF STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDED

8、 PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES (RSPP) 2.1 115, 1/8, 1/14, 1/15, 1/16,2/1 and 311. The recommendations for amendments to Standards and Recommended Practices were: 1 13 , 2.2 The Air Navigation Commission made a preliminary review of these recommendations, and agreed that they should be transmitted to Cont

9、racting States and interested international organizations for comments, together with the Commissions comments and proposals thereon. Following receipt of these comments, a further review will be conducted by the Commission, which will then present its final proposals to the Council for adoption of

10、the amendments to Annex 3, Annex 2, PANS-ATM (Doc 4444) and PANS-ABC (DOC 8400). 3. RECOMMENDATIONS OTHER THAN FOR STANDARDS AND RECOMMENDED PRACTICES AND PROCEDURES 3.1 The Council noted that, in accordance with the Working Arrangements between the International Civil Aviation Organization and the

11、World Meteorological Organization (Doc 7475), the following will be the allocation of follow-up responsibility of non-RSPP recommendations which were considered conjointly with the 12th Session of the WMO Commission for Aeronautical Meteorology (CAeM-XII): a) by ICAO: all recommendations addressed t

12、o ICAO and States, i.e. 1/2 c) and d), 114, 1/6, 1/7,1/9, 1/10, 1/11,1/12, 1/13,1/17, 1/18, 1/20,1/21,1/22,2/2,2/3,2/6,4/2,414, 4/5, 4/6 and 417. The Secretary General will arrange for follow-up action, in coordinatiordconsultation with WMO when relevant, on these recommendations in accordance with
