In principle, the test apparatus shall be equipped so that a certain force applied to a defined surface and over a s
5、pecified time is constantly maintained. The testing apparatus consists of a pressing plate which is pressed by a screw spring compressed by means of the screw on a certain dimension with defined pressure on the test piece. (See Figure 1). 3.1.2 Hot Chamber to keep the specified temperature including

Deviations from the requirements of
9、this standard shall have been agreed upon. Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings, test certificates, reports, etc. 4.1.2 Conditioning. The test pieces shall be tested 72 hours min. later after the manufacture of the plate material. For initial sample approval and arbitration pur
10、poses shall be conditioned for at least 24 hours under a temperature 23 E 2K and relative humidity (506) %. The routine quality control shall be performed in the delivery condition without conditioning. 4.2 Instructions. 4.2.1 To avoid deformation, the test pieces shall be divided. Both parts shall
11、be positioned at the same interval for the starting force. 4.2.2 The test pieces shall be loaded through laying of the pressure plate of the system, support plate, spring, screw. This load shall meet a preload of 7 KPa. 4.2.3 Afterwards, the thickness of the test pieces shall be determined under pre
