MATERIAL INDICATION Material indication: PA6-TD30 Detailed contents shall conform to the indication method of syn

3、thetic resin materials for vehicles.(Spec. No: EDS-M-0101) 3. APPLICATION 3.1. Group 1 : Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and dimensional stability and use low viscosity PA6 as the base. 3.2. Group 2 :Talc filled raw materials which have excellent heat resistance and di

4、mensional stability and use mid viscosity PA6 as the base. 3.3. For all properties, measure the test piece without pretreatment, which has been dried right after injection molding or until it comes to the maintained weight at 80, and absorbed moisture of 0.2% max. 5. TEST PIECE AND TEST 5.1. Test piece Test pieces shal

9、l be prepared with injection molding. Unless otherwise specified in the requirements of clause 4, they shall be conditioned at 235K and a relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours or more. 5.2. 11、materials shall be approved and regularly inspected for its quality prior to and during mass production delivery according to approval and quality assurance procedure for chemical raw materials(Spec. No. EDS-M-0102). 7. AUTOMOTIVE RESTRICTED HAZARDOUS SUBSTANCES Materials and components of parts mus
