MATERIAL INDICATION Material indication: PE-MD Detailed contents shall conform to the indication method of syn

3、thetic resin materials for vehicles. (Spec. No: GMW3116) 3. APPLICATION 3.1. Group 1: Raw materials for blow molding whose melt flow index is less than 0.4 and which have higher hardness and rigidity than low density polyethylene. Ex) Sunvisor bracket 3.2. Group 2: Raw materials for blow molding who

4、se melt flow index is 0.4 1.2 and which have higher hardness and rigidity than low density polyethylene. 3.3. Group 3: Raw materials for injection molding whose melt flow index is 1 3 and which have higher hardness and rigidity than low density polyethylene. 3.4. Group 4: Raw materials for injection

10、s. 5. TEST PIECE AND TEST 5.1. Test piece Test pieces shall be prepared with injection molding. Unless otherwise specified in the requirements of clause 4, they shall be conditioned at 235K and a relative humidity of 50% for 24 hours or more. 5.2.
