15、emerkunq: Alle Probekrper werden im Spritzgieverfahren hergestellt. Die Prfungen er- folgen bei einer Temperatur von +23OC 2 5 K und einer relativen Luftfeuchte von (50 2 5)%. Muster von Formnassen bzw. Fertigteilen mssen von der PEK geprft und genehmigt werden, ehe die Lieferung aufgrund dieser-Mus

16、ter aufgencarmen wird. Bei der Bemusterung von Fornmassen ist die Verarbeitbarkeit auf den Produk- tionsmaschinen zu bercksichtigen. Der Lieferant hat die zu den Prfungen not- wendigen Probekrper wie ein vollstndiges Werksprfzeugnis (DIN 50 049-2.3) mitzuliefern. Bei der Musterung von Fertigteilen h

17、at der Lieferant ein Werks- prfzeugnis (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) ber die Zeichnungsforderungen sawie die am Fertigteil nach dieser Lieferbedingung prfbaren Werkstoffeigenschaften mitzu- liefern. Die in dieser Lieferbedingung beschriebene Werkstoffqualitt darf nicht mit anderen Qualitten gemischt oder unter

18、 Zumischen von Regenerat des gleichen Werkstoffes zum Einsatz kamen. Abeichungen von dieser Regelung mssen besonders erwhnt werden. Note : All test pieces shall be manufactured by injection moulding. Tests shall be carried out at a temperature of +23OC 2 5 K and a relative humidity of (50 f 5)%. Sam

19、pies of moulding cmpunds or finished parts shall be tested and approved by Product Engineering Department prior to ccmnencernent of delivery of bulk supplies. When sampling moulding caqmunds processability on production machines shall be noted. With samples of mulding cmpunds the supplier shall prov

20、ide the test pieces necessary for the tests as well as a carrplete manufacturer s test certificate With samples of finished parts the supplier shall provide a manufacturers test certificate (DIN 50 049 - 2.3) showing ccanpliance with the drawing requirements for the finished parts and material prope

21、rties specified herein which can be tested on finished parts. The material quality detailed in this specification shall not be mixed with other qualities or be used by admixture of regrind material of the sarne quality.
