3、ght at which hill start is possible. 1.2 Foreword The hill start of the vehicle with a trailer shall be possible on a 12 % uphill gradient. 1.3 Applicability For all passenger cars with a dry friction clutch. 1.4 Definitions 1.4.1 Starting Time tsh Time from the commencement of clutch engage- ment u

4、ntil full engagement. 1.4.2 Clutch Disk Expansion Deformation of the linings due to thermal stress (increase in clutch disk thickness). This reduces the declutch reserve. 1.4.3 Declutch Reserve Residual pedal travel from the separation of the clutch disk to the bottom pedal stop. 1.4.4 Minimum Speed

23、l weights for varying the weight of the trailer. 3 Procedure 3.1 Preparation 3.1 .I The clutch pedal travel shall be checked according to the release values and readjusted or the hydraulic clutch system shall be bleeded if necessary. 3.1.2 Fill the car with fuel, check the engine oil and cool- ant l

24、evels and top up if necessary. 3.1.3 The tire pressure shall be adjusted for vehicles loaded to the permissible gross vehicle weight. 3.1.4 Warm Up Drive until the engine reaches operating tempera- ture. 3.1.5 The outside temperature shall be measured and shall be noted in the data sheet. 3.1.6 The

27、 Fahrreuge einzustellen. 3.1.4 Warmfahren Strecke bis zum betriebswarmen Motor durchfah- ren. 3.1.5 Die Auentemperatur ist zu messen und im Daten- blatt zu notieren. 3.1.6 Die Auskuppelreserve ist zu messen und im Daten- blatt zu notieren. 3.2 Prfbedingungen 3.2.1 Trockener Fahrbahnbelag in den Stei

Such deviations shall be specified on component drawings and shall be noted on test certificates, reports

29、 etc. 3.3 Instructions Each of the two clutch sets shall be tested as follo- wed: 3.3.1 Determination of tie Minimum Speed for Acceleration without Downshift Drive into the 12 % upl-till stretch without stopping. Reduce the driving speed until it is still just about possible to accelerate the vehicl

30、e on the hill at full throttle. Note the engine speed measured here in the data sheet. 3.3.2 Determination of the Combination Weight at Which Hill Start is Possible Drive into the 12 % uphill stretch and pull the hand- brake. Place chocks behind the wheels of the trailer. Increase the engine speed f

31、rom the minimum speed for acceleration without downshift by 500 min-, and commence the hill start test. Determine the starting time tstafl using the stopwatch. If a hill start is possible within 10 s with an assess- ment superior to rating , the weight of the trailer shall be increased until the ass

32、essment lies be- tween rating 5 and rating 6. Next, the hill start test shall be performed. If hili start is not possible within 10 s, increase the engine speed to 4000 min- (to cool the cluch) and maintain for 5 min. Next, reduce the trailer weight until the outfit can be hill started within 10 s w

33、ith an assessment rating of between 5 and 6. Next, the hill start test shall be performed. 3.3.3 Hill Start Test The hill start test shall be performed 5 times within 5 min and and the starting times tstan shall be noted in the data sheet. The recirculating air temperature in the clutch case shall b

34、e measured on completion of the 5th hill start test and shall be noted in the data sheet. The hill start operation shall be evaluated according to GMUTS L/R-0-1. 3.2.2 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses PrUf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Ab- weichungen sind auf Teileze

35、ichnungen vorgeschrie- ben bzw. mssen in Prufieugnissen, Berichten u. dgl. angegeben werden. 3.3 Prfanleitung fr die 12 % Steigung Jeder der 2 Kupplungsstze ist wie folgt zu prfen: 3.3.1 Ermittlung der minimalen Durchfahrdreh- zahl In die 12 % Steigung ohne anzuhalten einfahren. . Geschwindigkeit so

36、weit reduzieren, da das Fahr- zeug beim Vollgasgeben in der Steigung gerade noch beschleunigt werden kann. Die hierbei ermittel- te Motordrehzahl ist im Datenblatt zu notieren. 3.3.2 Ermittlung des anfahrbaren Gespannge- Wichts In die 12 % Steigung einfahren und die Handbremse anziehen. Unterlegkeil

37、e hinter die Rder des An- hngers legen. Minimale Durchfahrdrehzahl um 500 min- erhhen und Anfahrversuch starten. Die Anfahrzeit tAnf, ist mit der Stoppuhr zu ermitteln. Ist ein Anfahren innerhalb von 10 s mglich und ist dessen Bewertung besser als Note 6, ist das Ge- wicht des Anhngers solange zu er

38、hhen, bis die Bewertung zwischen Note 5 und 6 liegt. Anschlieend ist der Anfahrversuch durchzufhren. Ist ein Anfahren innerhalb von 10 s nicht mglich, ist der Motor (zur Abkhlung der Kupplung) auf eine Drehzahl von 4000 min- zu bringen und diese 5 min zu halten. Anschlieend ist das Anhngergewicht so

39、lange zu reduzieren bis ein Anfahren innerhalb von 10 s bei einer Bewertung zwischen den Noten 5 und 6 mglich ist. Anschlieend ist der Anfahrversuch durchzufhren. 3.3.3 Anfahrversuch Der Anfahrversuch ist insgesamt 5mal innerhalb von 5 min durchzufhren und die jeweilige Anfahrzeit tAnl im Datenblatt

40、 zu notieren. Die Umlufttemperatur im Kupplungsgehuse ist nach Ende des 5. Anfahrversuchs zu messen und im Datenblatt zu notieren. Der Anfahrvorgang ist nach GMUTS UR-0-1 zu benoten. 41、4.1 Target For product release, it shall be possible to hill start the outfit forward on a 12 % uphill gradient within 10 s. Clutch slip, or clutch disk expansion to such a de- gree that gearshift is no longer possible, is not permitted. The maximum starting speed shall :qual 3000 min“. The outfit s

42、hall still be fully functional. No impermissible operating conditions shall occur during the test (clutch smoke, slipping clutch, engine overheating, continuous wheelspin on the driven axle, etc.). 3.4.2 Evaluation After the test, the clutch set shall be dismantled and measured on the clutch measuri

43、ng machine accord- ing to GMI L-7BO: B-5. The clutch linings shall be visually inspected for signs that they are becoming detached. The subjective evaluation shall be according to GMUTS L/R-O-l, 3.4.3 Presentation With reference to this test method the results of paragraph 3.4.2 and the data sheet s

44、hall be pre- sented in a test report. 4 Coding System This test procedure shall be called up in other documents, drawings, VTS, CTS etc. as follows: Example: “Test to GMI R-7801 D-7“ 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderung Fr eine Produktfreigabe mu das vowrtige An- fahren an der 12 % Steigung innerhalb von

45、10 s mglich sein. Es darf nicht zum Durchrutschen der Kupplung oder zu solch groem Auftellern kommen, da ein Schalten nicht mehr mglich ist. Die maximale Anfahrdrehzahl betrgt 3000 min“. Die volle Funktionsfhigkeit des Gespanns mu weiterhin gewhrleistet sein. Es drfen keine unzulssigen Betriebszustn

46、de whrend des Versuchs auftreten (Qualm an der Kupplung, Durchrutschen der Kupplung, berhit- zung des Motors, stndiges Durchdrehen der An- triebsrder, etc.). 3.4.2 Auswertung Nach der Prfung wird der Kupplungssatz ausge- baut und auf der Kupplungs-Me-Maschine nach Test-Procedure GMI L-7B01 B-5 verme

47、ssen. Die Kupplungsbelge sind optisch auf Abrispuren zu untersuchen. Die subjektive Bewertung erfolgt nach GMUTS LIR-0-1. 3.4.3 Darstellung Die Ergebnisse aus Abschnitt 3.4.2 sind im Daten- blatt zu notieren. Das Datenblatt ist einem Prfbe- richt unter Hinweis auf dieses Prfverfahren beizu- fgen. 4
