Unless otherwise specified, the number of test pieces shall conform to the test plan in GMI L-9A-12. 3 Procedure 3.1 Preparation Rack and steering spindle can be freely move

11、d. Remove both pipe connectors of the power cylinder, and drain power steering fluid. Remove rest of oil in the power cylinder by two steering cycles from the left to the right stop and back. Adjust thrust piece to drawing specification. Boots have no influence (i. e. removal is not necessary). 3.2

12、Conditions Deviations from this test procedure shall have been agreed upon. Wenn nicht anders angegeben, ist die Anzahl der Versuchsteile dem Prfplan in GMI L-9A-12 zu ent- nehmen. 3 Durchfhrung 3.1 Vorbereitun

14、g Die Zahnstange und die Lenkspindel sind frei be- weglich. Die beiden Rohranschlsse fr den Ar- beitszylinder sind abzuschrauben, das Lenkungsl ist abzulassen. Das Restl innerhalb des Arbeitszy- linders ist durch 2-maliges Lenken vom linken zum rechten Anschlag (und zurck) zu entfernen. Das Druckstc

15、k ist nach Zeichnungsvorschrift einzustel- len. Faltenbalge haben keinen Einflu (mssen nicht entfernt werden). 3.2 Prfbedingungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prf- Verfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Ab- weichungen sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorgeschrie- ben bzw. mussen in Prfieugnis

16、sen, Berichten u. dergl. angegeben werden. February 1997 LBSP GMI 2 11/95 Page 4 of 6 - GM INTERNATIONAL ENGINEERING STANDARD Draft GMI L-9A-22 3.3 Instructions With the steering rack situated at the left- and right- hand full lock in succession, a steadily increasing torque ME (for value see drawin

17、g) shall be applied without shearing force to the steering spindle. 3.4 Data 3.4.1 Targets Failure in accordance with the failure criteria to GMI L-9A-12, paragraph 3.4.1 is not permissible. The requirements to GMI L-9A-12 shall be fulfilled too. 3.4.2 Evaluation An assessment shall be made as to wh

18、ether the steering assembly satisfies the targets to paragraph 3.4.1. If one of these targets is not reached, then the test shall be considered as failed. 3.4.3 Presentation The data from paragraph 3.4.2 shall be presented in the test report, along with a reference to this test procedure. 4 Coding S

19、ystem This test procedure shalt be called up in other documents, drawings, VTS, CTS etc. as follows: Example: “Test to GMI L-9A-22“ 3.3 Prfanleitung Bei an linkem bzw. rechtem Endanschlag anliegen- der Zahnstange ist nacheinander ein Drehmoment ME (Wer? siehe Zeichnung) auf die Lenkspindel stetig un

20、d querkraftfrei aufzubringen. 3.4 Ergebnisse 3.4.1 Forderungen Ein Ausfall nach den Ausfallkriterien nach GMI L-9A-12, Abschnitt 3.4.2 ist nicht zulssig. Die Anforderungen nach GMI L-9A-12 mssen ebenfalls erfllt werden. 3.4.2 Auswertung Es ist zu beurteilen, ob der Lenkungszusammenbau die Forderunge

21、n nach Abschnitt 3.4.1 erfllt. Wird eine dieser Forderungen nicht erfllt, so gilt der Test als nicht bestanden. 3.4.3 Darstellung Unter Angabe dieses Prfverfahrens sind im Prf- Dericnt die Ergebnisse aus Abschnitt 3.4.2 zusam- menzufassen. 4 Angabe in Dokumenten Dieses Prfverfahren ist in anderen Dokumenten, Zeichnungen, VTS.
