23、 Anforderungen nach JIS K6301 entsprechen. 2.2.5 Suitable clamps 2.2.5 Geeignete Einspanneinrichtung 2.3 Test Vehicle/Test Piece 2.3 Versuchsfahrzeug/Probekrper 2.3.1 Type of Test Piece The test pieces shall be rectangular free from flash and show no cavities or stratifications and shall be free fro

The area of a component from which test pieces shall be cut may be indicated on drawings, specifications etc. They shall measure (25 x 25 x 150) mm (Subject to a tolerance of 0,5 mm) a cut (38 2) mm long shall be made in one of the shorter sides, see figure 1. 2.3.1 Probenform Die Flchen der

25、 Probekrper sollen rechtwinklig zueinander stehen. Die Probekrper drfen keine Lunker und Schlieren haben und mssen frei von Haut sein. Lage und Entnahmestellen sind in Zeichnungen, Materialvorschriften u. dergl. geson-dert anzugeben. Der Probekrper (25 x 25 x 150) mm ist an einer Seite mit einem (38

30、amage the test piece. 2.3.3 Probenherstellung Die Probekrper sind durch Schneiden, Spalten, Schlen und Sgen aus dem Fertigteil herzustellen. Dabei ist eine bermige Erwrmung zu vermei-den. 2.3.4 Number of Test Pieces A minimum of 3 test pieces shall be tested. If any individual test result differs by

31、 more than 20 % from the arithmetic average of the 3 tests a further 2 test pieces shall be tested and the arithmetic average of the 5 tests recorded. 2.3.4 Probenanzahl Es sind mindestens 3 Probekrper zu prfen. Wei-chen die einzelnen Mewerte um mehr als 20 % vom arithmetischen Mittelwert des Prferg

32、ebnisses ab, sind weitere 2 Probekrper zu prfen; der arithmetische Mittelwert aller 5 Messungen wird an-gegeben. 3 Procedure 3 Durchfhrung 3.1 Preparation 3.1 Vorbereitung 3.1.1 Conditioning 3.1.1 Probenvorbehandlung 3.1.1.1 For initial sample approval and aribtration purpose, tests shall not be per

33、formed less than 7 days after manufacture and for routine quality control not less than 72 h after manufacture. 3.1.1.1 Bei Erstbemusterungen und in Schiedsfllen ist die Prfung nicht frher als 7 Tage, fr die laufende Qualittsberwachung nicht frher als 72 h nach der Herstellung durchzufhren. 35、y prior to test, test pieces shall be pre dried for 3 h at +70C 3 K and then conditioned to GMI 60300 - B1. 3.1.1.3 Unmittelbar vor der Prfung werden die Probekr-per nach GMI 60300 - B1 vorbehandelt, jedoch vorher Trocknung 3 h bei +70C 3 K. 3.1.1.4 Isuzu only Immediately prior to test, test pieces

36、shall be pre-conditioned at (+20 to +30)C for a minimum of 1 h. 3.1.1.4 Gilt nur fr Isuzu Unmittelbar vor der Prfung werden die Probekr-per fr mindestens 1 h bei (+20 bis +30)C konditioniert. 3.1.2 Measurement of Test Piece Prior to testing the thickness of the test piece, b, parallel to the cut, sh

38、Piece Before testing, the test piece thickness shall be measured using a dial gauge with a tolerance of 0,1 mm whose pressure foot has a surface area of 10 cm2, and exerts a pressure of 2 g/cm2. The arithmetic average of 3 such measurements shall be recorded. Note: The test piece width shall be cons

39、idered to be the same as the inside width of the cutter used to cut the test piece. 3.1.3 Gilt nur fr Isuzu Messen des Probekrpers Vor dem Versuch wird die Dicke b des Probekr-pers an mindestens 3 Stellen mit einer Meuhr , mit einer Toleranz von 0,1 mm, gemessen. Aus den Einzelwerten wird der arithm

Anmerkung: Beim Herstellen des Prfkrpers darf dieser nicht zusammengedrckt werden. 3.2 Conditions 3.2 Prfbedingungen 3.2.1 Test shall be conducted at +23C 5 K immediately after the conditioning. 3.2.1 Die Prfung wird unmittelbar nach der Probenvor-behandlung bei +23C 5

41、K durchgefhrt. 3.2.2 Isuzu only Test shall be conducted at (+20 to +30)C immediately after conditioning. 3.2.2 Gilt nur fr Isuzu Die Prfung wird unmittelbar nach der Probenvor-behandlung bei (+20 bis +30)C durchgefhrt. 3.2.3 Deviations Deviations from this test procedure shall have been agreed upon.

42、 Such requirements shall be specified on component drawings and shall be noted in test certificates, reports etc. 3.2.3 Abweichungen Abweichungen von den Bedingungen dieses Prfverfahrens mssen vereinbart werden. Diese Bedingungen sind auf Teilezeichnungen vorge-schrieben bzw. mssen in Prfzeugnissen,

44、. The block shall be spread such that each tab is held in the jaw to pull across the test piece. The machine shall be started at a traverse rate of (50 5) mm/min and the maximum force attained during the tearing of the test piece recorded. During tearing, the cut in the test piece may be aided with

45、a razor blade or knife, so as to keep it in the centre of the test piece. 3.3 Prfanleitung 3.3.1 Die Probekrper werden in die Klemmen der Zug-prfmaschine sorgfltig eingespannt. Das einge-schnittene Ende des Probekrpers wird gespreizt und eingespannt (siehe Abbildung 3). Mit einer Prfgeschwindigkeit

Es ist darauf zu achten, da der Probekrper mittig weiterreit, gegebenenfalls ist das Weiterreien mit einer Rasierklinge zu un-tersttzen. 3.3.2 Isuzu only The test piece shall be clamped in the jaws of the testing machine, taking care that the jaws gri
