23、veryof bulk supplies. In the event of any intentional deviations from the requirements of this specification or thepreviously released samples, it is the sole responsibility of the supplier to inform the purchaser unsolicitedwith a documentation of all such deviations. Upon request the supplier shal

24、l submit samples of the changedversion for reapproval by Product Engineering prior to commencement of delivery of deviant bulk supplies.4 Definitions4.1 Hydro BushingThe hydro bushing is an elastomer-metal component with integrated hydraulic damping which is used forvibration insulation in motor veh

25、icles.Fig. 1: Alternative Setup5 Test EquipmentMeasuring gauges and testing devices as specified in the following test methods and required fordimensional tests.6 ConditioningFor initial sample approval and arbitration purposes, the minimum time period between vulcanization andtesting shall be seven

26、 days. For quality control purposes the period shall be 72 h min. The hydro bushingshall remain at a temperature of +23C 5 K for at least 8 h before testing, and shall be free from strainduring this period. The tests shall be made at +23C 5 K unless otherwise specified. Between two tests onthe same

27、hydro bushing an interval of 24 h min shall be kept.If the elastomer of the hydro bushing is coated with a lacquer this coating shall be mechanically removed asfar as possible prior to testing. Care shall be taken that no damage of the elastomer occurs during removalof the coating (e.g. the hydro bu

28、shing may be stressed by a force such that the coating tears and can bepeeled off. Bei beabsichtigter Abweichung vondieser Vorschrift oder von den

30、bisher freigegebenen Mustern ist der Hersteller verpflichtet, unaufgefordertden Abnehmer mit einer Dokumentation ber alle vorgesehenen Vernderungen zu informieren. AufAnforderung sind Prfmuster in der genderten Ausfhrung zur erneuten Bemusterung und Genehmigungdurch die Produktentwicklung vorzulegen

31、, bevor die Abweichung in der Lieferung einsetzen kann.4 Definitionen4.1 HydrobuchseDie Hydrobuchse ist ein Elastomer-Metall-Bauteil mit integrierter hydraulischer Dmpfung, das zurSchwingungsisolation in Motorfahrzeugen verwendet wird.Abb. 1: Mglicher Aufbau5 PrfeinrichtungenZur Anwendung kommen fr

32、die maliche Prfung erforderliche Megerte und Lehren sowie die fr diejeweiligen Prfverfahren angegebenen Prfeinrichtungen.6 ProbenvorbehandlungBei Erstbemusterungen und in Schiedsfllen sind die Prfungen nicht frher als 7 Tage, fr die laufendeQualittsberwachung nicht frher als 72 h nach der Vulkanisat

33、ion durchzufhren. Vor den Prfungenmssen die Hydrobuchsen mindestens 8 h im unbeanspruchten Zustand bei +23C 5 K gelagert werden.Die Prfungen sind, wenn nicht anders vorgeschrieben, bei +23C 5 K durchzufhren. Zwischen zweiPrfungen an derselben Hydrobuchse mu eine Zeitspanne von mindestens 24 h liegen

34、.Ist das Elastomer der Hydrobuchse mit einer Lackschicht berzogen, so mu vor Beginn der Prfungendiese Lackschicht, soweit mglich, vom Elastomer mechanisch entfernt werden, wobei das Elastomer nichtbeschdigt werden darf (z.B. kann die Hydrobuchse durch eine Beanspruchung soweit verformt werden,da die

35、 Lackschicht einreit und anschlieend entfernt werden kann. 36、usgefertigt: JKRPage ofSeite 6 von 177 Test Pieces and Number of Test PiecesFor sampling and approval tests of hydro bushings, material samples of all components intended for use inthe hydro bushings must be submitted, the quantity and type to be specified by the Product Development.Following approv

37、al of the materials, the number and execution of the test samples must be agreed uponwith the responsible person from the Product Development. The test samples must be numbered insuccession and submitted, without being requested, with a works test certificate as per EN 10204 - 2.3. Theworks test cer

38、tificate must indicate the test values of the submitted test samples which can be tested withoutdamage. In addition, the complete results of countersamples which have undergone destructive testing bythe supplier must also be submitted. It is expected that the values of all required characteristics f

39、or thesubmitted test samples shall represent the tolerance range of the production variation. If the test samplesfail to fulfil this condition, then the tolerance ranges of the expected production variation for all requiredcharacteristics must be included in the works test certificate, irrespective

40、of the individual measured values.Furthermore, a number of components of the hydro bushing, to be determined by the Product Development,must also be submitted, depending upon the dimensions and execution of the components. Thecomponents must conform to the finished condition before assembly.8 Requir

41、ements8.1 General RequirementsThe dimensions of the test sample shall meet the drawing data. Shape defects which affect the functioningof the hydro bushing are not allowed. Non-dimensioned contours such as recesses, radius, etc. may beselected by the supplier in order to obtain the specified values.

42、The characteristic values indicated in this test specification, in the approvals and in the drawings and theircorresponding tolerances must be fulfilled by the test samples.8.2 Hydro Bushing8.2.1The hydro bushing must be free from visible leakage.8.2.2No hydraulic fluid must adhere to the exterior o

43、f the hydro bushing.8.2.3 MarkingThe GM trade mark 2 or 3 according to ON 1396.5, the manufacturers trade mark, the tool and partnumbers according to DIN 30 640, Page 1 and 2 - A2-8, A3-12, A4-16 or A5-20 and the material mark toVDA guideline 260 shall be clearly and permanently marked on the hydro

44、bushing.Where the manufacturing date according to drawing 9 291 356 is required additionally, this also shall beclearly and permanently marked on the hydro bushing.The markings shall not affect the functioning of the hydro bushing. If the afore mentioned markings must bemarked on a special area of t

46、abeprfung von Hydrobuchsen sind von allen fr die Hydrobuchsevorgesehenen Komponenten Werkstoffproben, in einer von der Produktentwicklung festzulegenden Art undMenge, vorzustellen. Nach der Freigabe der Werkstoffe ist die Anzahl und Ausfhrung der Prfmuster mitdem Auftragaussteller der Produktentwick

47、lung abzusprechen. Hierbei ist die prfungsspezifischeTeileanzahl, jeweils abgepackt und beschriftet, anzuliefern. Die Prfmuster mssen fortlaufend numeriertsein und sind unaufgefordert mit einem Werksprfzeugnis nach EN 10204 - 2.3 anzuliefern. DasWerksprfzeugnis mu die Prfwerte der angelieferten Prfm

48、uster enthalten, die ohne Beschdigung derPrfmuster prfbar sind. Weiterhin ist das vollstndige Prfergebnis der beim Lieferanten zerstrendgeprften Gegenmuster mitzuliefern. Es wird erwartet, da bei den vorgelegten Prfmustern die Werte allergeforderten Kenngren den Toleranzbereich der Produktionsstreub

49、reite darstellen. Wird diese Vor-aussetzung von den Prfmustern nicht erfllt, mssen in dem Werksprfzeugnis, abgesehen von denEinzelmewerten, die Toleranzbereiche der zu erwartenden Produktionsstreubreite fr alle gefordertenKenngren angegeben werden. Weiterhin mu eine von der Produktentwicklung festzulegende Anzahl derKomponenten der Hydrobuchse mitgeliefert werden. Diese ist abhngig von den Abmessungen und derAusfhrung der Kom
