2、BLE, 300 G/M2 (8.8 OZ) NOMINAL FACE 1. SCOPE The materials defined by this specification are flat needled, polyester, non-woven carpets of good quality and uniform composition. This carpet is a moldable solid color matched carpet. 2. APPLICATION This specification was originally released for Europea

3、n vehicles, with a solid color matched face used as molded side walls. 3. REQUIREMENTS 3.1 STANDARD REQUIREMENTS FOR PRODUCTION MATERIALS 3.3.1 Material suppliers and part producers must conform to the Companys Standard Requirements For Production Materials (WSS-M99P1111-A). 3.3.2 In addition to the

4、 requirements listed herein, the end-item carpet assembly (molded or otherwise fabricated), shall meet all requirements of the WSS-M15P32-D. The details for each of the suppliers specific constructions shall be documented in the supplement attached and maintained at Ford with the construction approv

5、al package. 3.3.3 Materials used in the interior applications must meet the requirements outlined in WSS-M99P2222-D1 / Latest for Vehicle Interior Environment Quality Materials/Component Performance Requirement. Test data must be provided by the supplier at the appropriate program milestone. 3.2 SAM

6、PLE SELECTION All evaluations shall be conducted on test specimens taken from finished roll goods prior to any subsequent operations, such as reheating or molding. Unless otherwise specified in the Performance Specification. 3.3 APPEARANCE (FLTM BI 109-01) The color, pattern, and finish shall match
