2、enhanced hexalobular external driving feature for bolts and screws including the gauging method. The curvature of the contour of the enhanced hexalobular external driving feature is defined by the gauges specified in Tables 3 and 4. Additional information which may be used when drawing the contour i

9、guration GO Gauge as illustrated in Figure 3a. The enhanced hexalobular external driving feature fallaway, diameter (A) and drive height (K) shall be gauged using the relevant product standard Final Inspection/Fallaway/Go Gauge as illustrated in Figure 4. 3.2 Configuration GO gauge The Configuration

10、 GO gauge dimensions per Figure 3 are specified in Table 3. Gauge use is illustrated in Figure 3a. Fallaway is gauged by inserting the drive feature into the fallaway gauging element as illustrated

24、in section 1A. The head drive feature must not extend beyond upper surface of fallaway gauge. The stem drive feature may protrude beyond upper surface of fallaway gauge by fallaway allowance shown in Table 1. Go gauge element: the drive feature must enter the go gauge element opening to the choke or

25、 flange as illustrated in section 2A. Minimum drive feature length is verified by inserting the drive feature into the lobed gauging element from the bottom side of the gauge.
