2、ourdon tube, or other Ford approved principle ofoperation.2.3 | PORT THREADING:2.3.1 | Ports for fluid connections on sensing devices (pressure,| flow, temperature, etc.) shall conform to established| International Standards and be as specified by the end-user| customer.3. ADJUSTMENTS:3.1 The pressu

3、re switch shall incorporate an adjustment for changing thetrip point, and where specified, the differential pressure setting.The adjustments shall be covered to avoid tampering and require atool, such as a screwdriver, for access to, and change of, thesetting.Manufacturing StandardsFord Motor Compan

5、y.5.6 The pressure switch enclosure shall have a 1/2 inch (NPT) tappedhole for the electrical conduit or fitting. Conduit opening andpressure port shall be located as shown in Figure 1.5.7 Adequate space shall be provided in the enclosure for connecting theincoming conductors (up to five conductors

The normally open and normally closedcontacts shall be identified.6.3 Terminals shall accommodate conductors, AWG 16, 65 strands, throughAWG 14, 19 strands. The conductor str

8、ands shall be clamped betweentwo nonrotating surfaces. The saddle or pressure plate shall becaptive to and ride with the terminal screw.7. NAMEPLATES:7.1 The following data shall be included on the pressure switchnameplate:a) Pressure Rangeb) Pressure range of differential for minimum and maximum op
