39、the Wireless LAN control plane protocol (WLCP) for trusted WLAN access to EPC which is used between User Equipment (UE) and Trusted WLAN Access Gateway (TWAG) for multi-connection mode as specified in 3GPP TS 23.402 2. This document also defines the message format, information elements coding, error
