Thetubebendformerofthemachineshallhaveagroovecorrespondinginprofiletotheoutsidediameterofthe tube.Theradiusatthebottomofthegrooveshallbespecifiedintherelevantproductstanda

NOTEThetoleranceofradius r,thedepthandovalityofthegroove,allhaveaneffectonthetestresult. 5Test piece Thetestpieceshallbeaportionofastraighttubeofanylengthwhichwillallowthetesttobecarriedoutonthe tubebendingmachine. 6Procedure 6.1 Ingeneral,thetestshallbecarriedoutatambienttemperaturewithinthelim

28、itsof10Cto35C.Thetest carriedoutundercontrolledconditionsshallbemadeatatemperatureof(23 5)C. 6.2 Bendtheunfilledtestpieceofthetubebymeansofatubebendingmachine,ensuringcontactbetweenthe testpieceandthetubebendformeroverthelengthofbend,untilthespecifiedangleofbendisreached. 6.3 Ifweldedtubesaresubject

29、edtothetest,thepositionoftheweldshallbeat90 totheplaneofbendingi.e.the neutralaxis,unlessotherwiseindicatedintherelevantproductstandard. 6.4 Interpretationofthebendtestoftubesshallbecarriedoutinaccordancewiththerequirementsoftherelevant productstandard.Whentheserequirementsarenotspecified,thetestpie

30、ceshallbeconsideredtohavepassedthe testifnocracksarevisiblewithouttheuseofmagnifyingaids. 7Test report Atestreportshallbeprovidedwhensospecifiedintherelevantproductstandard.Inthiscase,thetestreportshall includeatleastthefollowinginformation: a) referencetothisInternationalStandard,i.e.ISO8491; b) id
