EN ISO196 is identical with ISO196:1978, published by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO). It was produced as a result of international discussions in which the Unit

18、s. The European Standard shall be given the status of a national standard either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by November1995, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by November1995. According to the CEN/CENELEC Internal Regulation
