32、in(20cycles/min,1,75l/stroke). Ratedworkingdurationisexpressedinminutesandisdefinedinstepsof5minutes. Itshouldberecognizedthattheeffectivedurationmayvaryaccordingtotheworkrate. 6Requirements 6.1General Inalltestsalltestsamplesshallmeettherequirements. 6.2Ergonomics Therequirementsofthisstandardarein

33、tendedtotakeaccountoftheinteractionbetweenthewearer,the apparatus,andwherepossibletheworkingenvironmentinwhichtheapparatusislikelytobeused.SeeAnnexZA. 6.3Design Theapparatusshallbeofsimpleandreliableconstructionandascompactaspossible. Theapparatusshallbedesignedsoasnottointerferewithworkactivitieswh

34、encarriedinaccordancewiththe manufacturersinstructions. Theapparatusshallbesodesignedthattherearenoprotrudingpartsorsharpedgeslikelytobecaughton projectionsinnarrowpassagesorthatmayhurtthewearer. Theapparatusshallbedesignedtoensureitsfullfunctioninanyorientation. Thereadyforusestateoftheapparatussha

35、llidentifythepressureinthepressurevessel(s)priortouseandduring storage.Inthereadyforusestatethefacepieceshallbesecurelyattachedtotheapparatus.Thepressurevessel hastobeopenedeasilybyhandorautomaticallywhenstartingtheapparatus.Inthecaseofapermanent installationoftheapparatusinastoragecontainertheappar

36、atusshallbeactivatedautomaticallyuponremoval fromthestoragecontainer.Inallcasestheapparatusshallbelockedintheopenpositionagainstinadvertent shutting. 38、dtemperaturesandmechanicalstressexpectedwhilstbeingcarriedonthe manaswellasonmachinesandvehicles. Testingshallbedoneinaccordancewith7.3,7.5.1and7.8. Exposedpartsi.e.thosewhichmaybesubjectedtoimpactduringuseoftheapparatusshallnotbemadeof aluminium,magnesium,titaniumoralloys. Topreventelectrostaticcha

39、rgesonnonmetalcarryingcontainers,thesurfaceresistanceshallnotexceed10 9 . Wheretheapparatusisrequiredtobeantistaticduringescapematerialsusedshallbeantistaticasfarasitis practicable. Testingshallbedoneinaccordancewith7.5.7. Materialswhichcomeintodirectcontactwiththewearersskinandthebreathablegasshall
