This European Standard shall be given the

8、 status of a national standard, either by publication of an identical text or by endorsement, at the latest by August 1993, and conflicting national standards shall be withdrawn at the latest by August 1993. 10、fies the test method to determine the adhesion of metallic coatings by shearing action. It applies to coatings with a hardness : - 75 prn, - 2 250 HV to 700 HV and a thickness of 2 15 pm. It is applicable whenever referenced. 2 Normative references This European Standard incorporates by dated or und

11、ated reference, provisions from other publications. These normative reference are cited at the appropriate places in the text and the publications are listed hereafter. For dated references, subsequent amendments to or revisions of any of these publication apply to this European Standard only when i

12、ncorporated in it by amendment or revision. For undated references the latest edition of the publication referted to applies. IS0 234-2 Files and rasps - Part 2 : Characteristics of cut 3 Test equipment - Vice and hack saw, - Flat saw-file (with one cut), bastard type, 150 mm, 200 mm or 250 mm long,

13、 in accordance with IS0 234-2 clean. 4 Procedure Cut the test specimen with the saw in order to obtain a test surface that is compatible with the file used. File the section in a horizontal position from the substrat towards the coating. The file shall be applied on the surface only during the forwa

14、rd stroke. 5 Fault sanction No flaking is permissible after visual inspection with the naked eye. 6 Test report It shall include the following : - reference to this standard; - reference number of the part or test specimen; - nature of thi coating; - thickness of the coating; - test surface of the test specimen cut with saw; - type of file used; - test result.
