28、mechanismcanbeused. Thisapparatusshallalsoincludeanymeasuringandrecordingequipment. Theconnectionbetweenthemeasuringdeviceandthetestspecimenshallbesuchastoavoidlocaldamagetothe testspecimenandshallinnowayaffectitsperformance. 6 Testspecimen Thetestspecimenshallbesuppliedinafullyoperablecondition.Its

29、hallbesuitableforfixingintothesurrounding frameinaccordancewiththemanufacturerspublishedrecommendationsorstandardisedinstructions.EN120461:2003(E) 9 7 Conditioningandpreparationofthetestspecimen 7.1Conditioning Storageandtestingshallbecarriedoutinanondestructiveenvironmentwithintherangesof10Cto30Can

30、d 25%to75%relativehumidity. 7.2Preparation Removealltransportblocks,bracings,packagingandprotectivewrappingsfromthetestspecimen. Thetestspecimenshallbemountedlevel,squareandwithoutvisibletwistresultingfromtheuseoffixingdevices. 8Procedure 8.1 Testsequence Testingshallstartwiththecasementsorsashesoft

31、hetestspecimenclosedandwithallrelevanthardwareinthe fullyengagedposition(seeFigure5). Figure5Testsequence Thepresenceofanysafetydeviceshallnotinfluencethetestresult. Testsshallbeperformedonthetestspecimenasreceivedandshallbeimmediatelyprecededbymanualoperation ofallmovingpartsfivetimes. Theapplicati

37、rquestotwosignificantfigures. Thefinalindividualvalueandtheaveragevalueoftheforcesfromthelinearactuatororfromtheuseofweights shallberecordedinNewtons(N).
