20、t of the conditions under which a coil will satisfactorily perform its intended function. Rating, Contact: The electrical load handling capability of relay contacts under specified conditions and for a prescribed number of operations. Rating, Short-Time: The value of current or voltage that the rela
21、y can stand without injury for specified short time intervals. (For ac circuits, the rms total value, including the dc component, should be used.) The rating recognizes the limitations imposed by both thermal and electromagnetic effects. Release Time:- See Time, Release. Resistance, Contact: The ele
22、ctrical resistance of closed contacts, as measured terminal to terminal, at their associated terminals. Resistance, Insulation: The electrical resistance measured between insulated members.
