4、ssue quantityi in a suitable package that will permit and maintain sterilization of the applicator contents. This package shall contain a sterilization indicator for the required method o stexilization (gas or steam). This package shall also be mpplied in a sealed condition that can withstand ateril

5、ization and maintain sterility of its applicator contents until the package is opened. Workmanship. The applicator and its immediate package shall be free rom defects which detract from their appearance or impair their serviceability. P Unit. Package (PG). One package containing one hundred sterile

6、ar stoxilizable applicators, as specified, constitutes one unit. The eterile applicators shall be packaged in a sealed container capable of maintaining sterility of contents unless the package ia damaged or opened. Records of examinations and tests performed by or for the contractor shall be maintained by the contractor and made available to the Government upon the

10、Governments request, at any time, or from time to time, during the performance of the contract and for a period of three years after delivery of the supplies to which such records relate. examination (such as visual or auditory investigation without the use of special laboratory appliances or proced

11、ures) and testing (determination by technical means of physical and chemical properties) of the item. Inspections. Inspections, as used herein, is defined as both Inspections and Tests. The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this description and conforms

13、to the producers own drawings, specification, standards, and quality assurance practices. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for under the provisions of the contract. If the product covered bv this document has been determined by the U.S. Food and Drug A4&ninistration to be under its jurisdiction, the offeror/contractor shall comply, and be responsible for compliance by its subcontractor/suppliers, with the requirements of the F

15、ederal Food, Drug and Cosmetic Act, as amended, and requlations promulgated thereunder. In addition, the offeror/contractor shall comply, and be responsible for compliance by its subcontractors/suppliers, with the requirements of all other applicable Federal, State, and local statutes, ordinances, a

16、nd regulations. - Recovered materials.
