This drawing documents two product assurance class levels consisting of high reliability (device classes Q and M) and space application (device class V). A choice of case outlines and lead finishes are available and are reflected in the Part or Id
6、entifying Number (PIN). When available, a choice of Radiation Hardness Assurance (RHA) levels is reflected in the PIN. 1.2 PIN. 19、Case Outlines. 1/ Stresses above the absolute maximum rating may cause permanent damage to the device. Extended operation at the maximum levels may degrade performance and affect reliability. 2/ All voltage values, except differential voltages, are with respect to the midpoint between +VCCand -VCC.
20、3/ Differential voltages are at the noninverting input with respect to the inverting input. Excessive current will flow if the input is brought below -VCC-0.3 V. 4/ The output may be shorted to either supply. Temperature and/or supply voltages must be limited to ensure that the maximum dissipation r
21、ating is not exceeded. 5/ For operation above 25C, derate at a factor of 11 mw/C for cases C and 2, 8.4 mw/C for case P, and 5.1 mw/C for case H.
