The magnification or size of field shall be the same for the binocular microscope as is obtained when a monocular body tube is substituted for the binocular body.

The nosepiece shall be attachable to the body support by means of threads conforming to ANSI Standard 81.11 or shall be held to body support by three (3) adjusting screws. 24、with four (4) equal ly spaced revolving receptacles , threaded in accordance with ANSI Standard B1.ll to receive the objectives regardless of their focal length or magnification. to assure continuing parcentricity of the objectives.
