As an alternate construction, the mounts may be constructed from a leatherette material backing with a felt like material bonded to the front surface. The felt l

13、ike material must match the basic shade of the brim and band and shall be constructed so as to prevent frayed edges around the curved section of the mount. The backing material shall be sufficiently heavy and afford enough stiffness so that when finished, equals or exceeds the standard mount. The fe
