The electrical performance characteristics are in accordance with MIL-DTL-55302 and as specified herein. Contact resistance. The potential

6、drop across a mated contact at 3.0 amperes test current shall not exceed 25 millivolts, and after corrosion test shall not exceed 30 millivolts. Dielectric withstanding voltage. Sea level: 1,500 V ac (rms) test. 50,000 feet altitude: 500 V ac (rms) test. Current rating. 3.0 amperes maximum per conta

7、ct. 2.25 continuous per contact per connector at room ambient. Material: Insulators: In accordance with MIL-DTL-55302. Contact retention clips: Beryllium copper in accordance with ASTM B194. Wire support: Elastomer in accordance with ASTM D2000. Mounting bushings: Stainless steel in accordance with

8、ASTM A582/A582M, series 300. Contact identification: See figure 1 and table I. Mating and unmating: The maximum mating force shall be the average mating force measured in five engagements and shall not exceed .5 times the number of contacts in pounds. Contact: See table I.
