The power rating for varistors shall be 1.5 watts. 33.2 Voltage rating. The voltage rating shall be as specified in table I. 33.3 Ener ratin , The energy rating

14、shall be as specified in table I. The test peak current 3.3.4 Peak current. The peak current shall be as specified in table I. 3.3.5 Clamping voltage. The clamping voltage shall be as specified in table I. 3.3.6 Capacitance. The capacitance shall be as specified in table I. 3.3.7 Voltage tolerance.

15、The voltage tolerance shall be as specified in table I. 3.3.8 Operating temperage range. The operating temperature range shall be -55C to +85C. 3.3.9 Storage temperature range, The storage temperature range shall be -55C to +125C. 3.4 Marking. Marking shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-1285, except

16、 the part number shall be in 3.5 Workmanship. Resistors shall be processed in such a manner as to be uniform in quality and 3.6 Certificate of compliance. A certificate of compliance shall be required from a manufacturer 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS shall be e accordance with 1.2 herein, with the

17、 manufacturers name or CAGE code, date code, and lot symbol. parts shall be free from any defects that will affect life, serviceability, or appearance. requesting to be listed as a suggested source of supply. 4.1 Qualification inspection. Qualification inspection is not applicable to this document.

18、4.2 Quality conformance inspection. 4.2.1 Inspection of product for delivery. Inspection of product for delivery shall consist of groups A and B inspections of MIL-R-83530 , except that peak current and energy tests shall not be required for group B, subgroup III. 4,3 Inspection of packaging, 5, PAC
