2、tem description for all federal agencies. The complete requirements for procuring electrical card holders described herein shall consist of this document and the latest issue in effect of commercial item description (CID) AA55563. CLASSIFICATION/PART IDENTIFICATION NUMBER (PIN). This commercial item

3、 description (CID) specification sheet uses a classification system which is included in the Part Identification Number (PIN) as shown in the following example (see notes). AA55563 CID number /26 Applicable CID specification sheet Material H Card holder width/ board thickness XX Length formerly 1/4

4、H), “B“ (beryllium copper of temper TH01; formerly 1/4 HT) or “D“ (stainless steel). The material type designator and shall be included in the PIN. Material thickness. The beryllium copper thickness shall be .008 .002 inch (0.20 0.05 mm). Card holder width/board thickness. The card holder width/boar

5、d thickness is variable and based on the distance the card guide is mounted from the heat sink side wall (see figure 1). To obtain optimum clamping force, the centerline of the card guide installation holes in the heat sink shall be spaced .093 inch (2.36 mm) plus the thickness of the circuit card a

6、ssembly printed board thickness from the side wall. The applicable card holder width/board thickness designator for this CID specification sheet is “H“. 9、re 1 as dimension “L“, and is displayed in table I herein. Applicable overall length designator “10“, “15“, “20“, “25“, “30“, “35“, “40“, “45“, “50“, “55“, or “60“ shall be included in the PIN. Finish. Finish types shall be defined in AA55563. Applicable finish materials designator “C“ (copper plate

10、), “D“ (black ebonal) “E“ (gold plate), “F“ (nickel plate), “H“ (silver plate), “J“ (zinc, yellow chromate), or “K“ (no finish) or “R“ (zinc, clear chromate) are available for material type designators “A“ (beryllium copper of temper TD01) and “B“ (beryllium copper of temper TH01)“. Finish designato

11、r “G“ (passivate) is the only finish available for material type designator “D“ (stainless steel). The finish designator shall be included in the PIN. Mounting hole spacing.
