Abstract. This specification cov

2、ers the requirements for a womans short sleeve dress shirt, with shoulder epaulets, made of a polyester/cotton blend fabric. Its use is intended for wear by female military personnel of the Navy. Salient Characteristics. The short sleeve shirt shall be a two-piece princess style front and a one piec

3、e back, seven (7) button front closure, breast patch pockets with button down flaps, a convertible collar with collar stays and two (2) shoulder epaulets. The topcollar, top collarstand, top epaulets and top pocket flaps shall be fused. NOTE: See figures 1 and 2. Beneficial comments (recommendations

The pattern generally provides for a seam allowance of 1/4 inch for joining seams except for the front seam which shal

7、l be 3/8 inch. Minor modification are permitted where necessary when using automatic equipment. Basic Material. The basic material shall be a polyester/cotton blend poplin, plain weave, white shade No. 3013, arid the standard sample is piece number 88064. The finished cloth shall match the standard

8、and be equal to or better than the standard sample with respect to all characteristics. The Basic Material shall be tested using all The Federal and Commercial Test Methods listed below. 17、se of the armhole from folded edge. B. Back Lenuth. Back length shall be taken along the center of the back from the under collar seam to the bottom of the shirt. C. Sleeve Lenuth. Measurement shall be taken along the inseam, from underarm seam to bottom edge of sleeve. D. Collar. Measurement shall

18、be taken from between the end points of the junction of the collar and the collarstand, with the collar in flat position. Label/Markinq. Offerers are advised that the Product Demonstration Model does not relieve the successful offerer of his responsibility to perform in accordance w

The contractor shall certify that the product offered meets all the characteristics of this commercial item description and that the product conforms to the producers om drawings, specifications, standards and quality assurance practices. The government reserves the right to require proof of

26、 such conformance prior to the first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provided for, under the provisions of the contract. Reliance on contractor QA systems shall not relieve the contractor of the responsibility of ensuring that all products or supplies submitted to the government for acce

The shirt lots shall be inspected in accordance with “Sampling Procedures and Tables f

28、or Inspection by Attributes”, ANSI/ASQC 21.4, published by the American Society for Quality Control. Visual Examination. The shirts shall be examined for the defects listed below. The lot size shall be expressed in units of 100. The sample unit is one shirt. The inspection level shall be II and the

29、acceptable quality level (AQL), expressed in terms of defects per hundred units, shall be 6.5. Defects. The shirts shall be examined for defects in design, materials, and workmanship according to using MIL-STD- 1492C. Dimensional Examination. The finished shirt shall conform to the dimensions specif

30、ied; Any dimension that is not within the established tolerance shall be classified as a defect. The sample unit shall be one; the inspection level shall be S-3 and the AQL, expressed in terms of defects per hundred units, shall be 2.5. Packaqinu Examination. The fully packaged shipping containers s
