This description co

2、vers two types of Abney surveying levels used for. measuring land slope in degrees or percent of grade and for topographic surveying. Salient characteristics. Finish: The Abney level shall be free of defects such as sharp edges, burrs, cracks, dents or other defects that could impair the serviceability of the Abney level. The contractor shall certify that the product offered to the Government meets the salient characteristics of this description and that the product conforms to the producers own drawings, specifications, standards,

The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and t
