1、A-A-52001 bb 777777Y OOLObS 5 = E I A-A-52001 1 April 1987 COMMERCIAL ITEM DESCRIPTION PLANETABLES, SURVEYING, WITH TRIPOD AND CARRYING CASE The General Services Administration has authorized the use of this commercial item description in preference to Military Specification XIL-P-10813E. This propo

2、sed commercial item description covers both an 18-X-24 inch and a 24-X-31 inch planetable board (457.2 X 609.6 mm and 609.6 X 787.4 mm), extension-leg tripod with a Johnson movement head, and a carrying case for each size of planetable board. Salient characteristics: planetable board: reinforcing ha

3、rdwood at each end. with a brass screwplate mounted on the underside to fit the Johnson head tripod. Each planetable board shall be fitted with brass screws with knurled flatlieads and pointed for insertion through paper into brass sockets in the edges of the boards. The sockets shall be in a slight

4、 depression to avoid obstruction of movement of the alidade.
