4、nical Committee CEN/TC 190 “Foundry technology”, Working Group WG 7 “Spheroidal graphite, silicon molybdenum and austempered ductile iron (Secretariat: AFNOR, France). The responsible German body involved in its preparation was the Normenausschuss Gieereiwesen (Foundry Practice Standards Committee),
5、 Working Committee NA 036-00-01 AA Gusseisenwerkstoffe. Amendments This standard differs from DIN EN 1564:2006-03 as follows: a) in the title, “Austempered ductile cast irons” has been replaced by “Ausferritic spheroidal graphite cast irons”; b) Clause 3 “Terms and definitions” has been extended; c)
6、 material numbers are now in accordance with DIN EN 1560; d) re Subclause 7.2, Table 1: 1) the required minimum mechanical properties apply to several types of cast samples and are now given for three ranges of relevant wall thicknesses; 2) the required minimum elongation values for grades having a
7、minimum tensile strength of up to 1 200 MPa have been increased; 3) grade EN-GJS-1000-5 has been replaced by two grades: EN-GJS-900-8 and EN-GJS-1050-6; e) a normative Annex A has been added describing two new abrasion resistant grades defined with their hardness; f) the following new annexes have b
8、een included: 1) Annex B “Comparison of ausferritic spheroidal graphite cast iron material designations according to EN 1560 and ISO/TR 15931”; 2) Annex C “Guidance values for tensile strength and elongation for test pieces machined from samples cut from a casting”; 3) Annex D “Guidance values for B
