45、etransport medium shall be sterile.For testing, the cavity inside the transport systemshall be filled with sterile culture medium up to 1 cmbelow the top edge. The sealed transport systemshall then be tested in accordance with the Euro-pean Pharmacopoeia. If no macroscopic growth ofthe microorganism
