35、tee on Industrial Products and the Strategic Steering Committee on Requirementsfor Electrical Safety.Interpretations: The Strategic Steering Committee on Requirements for Electrical Safety has provided thefollowing direction for the interpretation of standards under its jurisdiction:“Theliteral text

When the literal textcannot be applied to the product, such as for new materials or construction, and when a relevantcommittee interpretation has not already been published, CSAs procedures for interpretat

44、. 115-14Meter-mountingdevices1 Scope1.1This Standard applies to indoor and outdoor meter-mounting devices, either as complete self-containeddevices or provided as a part of service equipment, for use in nonhazardous locations, and intended tobe employed in accordance with the Rules of the Canadian E

45、lectrical Code, Part I (“CEC Part I”).1.2This Standard covers devices for use with watt hour meters, demand meters, time switches, currenttransformers, test switches, instruments, and similar devices rated at 320 A or less per meter socket, 600V or less, single or polyphase,and multiple-positionmete

46、r socket assemblieswith an overall currentrating of 600 A or less (200 A maximum per meter socket).1.3This Standard applies to subfeed meter-mounting devices that have provision for the main loadterminations and for one subfeed termination.1.4This Standard applies to the meter-mounting device portio

47、n when supplied as a part of service or otherequipment where applicable.1.5Meter-mounting devices, as covered by this Standard, are not intended to be used as load-making orload-breakingdevices.1.6This Standard applies to transformer-rated meter-mounting devices that consist of current transformers,
