33、ntial to provide fit of skirts for wear by little girls and girls (Canada Standard Sizes 2-16, Regular Range). 35、le to Table 2, the garment shall conform to the dimensional requirements of this table. Unless otherwise specified the garment shall be measured with the fabric smooth and fully extended without tension.
