In the second place, the overly flexible timetable for language learning will never ensure that children have mastered some

5、key features of lingual skills. In comparison, secondary school will supply more professional lessons with accurate teaching from which children can benefit a lot. The arguments in its favour, however, are obvious. First of all, young children learn languages much more easily than teenagers. Their b

6、rains are still programmed to acquire their mother tongue, which facilitates learning another language, and unlike adolescents, they are not inhibited by self-consciousness. Another reason is that lingual skills from primary education are based on the childrens great interests in expressing their fe

7、elings. The strong motivation helps students acquire language with ease and fun. More importantly, without exerted pressing stress from tests and exams, students may devote themselves to language itself but nothing else. In sum, anything which encourages language learning benefits both individuals a

8、s well as society culturally and economically, and early exposure to language learning contributes to this.
