SCOPE 1.1 This specification covers the quality assurance .provisions and special requirements not covered by the drawings for the fabrication and packing of body and boattail bushing for the M207E2 Warhead. 4 2. APPLICABLE DOCUMENTS 2.1 Issues of documents. The following documen

6、racting officer) . 3. REQUIREMENTS 3:l Materials. Materials shall be in accordance with the applicable drawings and specifications. 3.2 Parts. The .parts shall comply with all requirements specified on Drawings 9340751 and 9333753 all associated drawings and with all requirements of applicable stand

7、ards and specifications. 3.3 Data requirements, The contractor shall generate data in accordance with requirements of data item description cited in 6.4. 3.4 First article inspection. This specification contains technical provisions for first article inspection. Requirements for the submission of fi

8、rst article samples by the contractor shall be as specified in the contrac t. 3.5 Workmanship. All parts shall be fabricated in a thorough, workmanlike manner. The parts shall be free of burrs, chips, sharp edges, cracks, unblended radii, dents, tool marks, chipped edges, porosity, warpage, gouges,

9、surface defects, dirt, grease, corrosion. products, burn marks, and other foreign matter. The cleaning method used shallnot be injurious to any of the parts, nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cleaning agents. Surface coatings shall be continuous except for scratches not exposing base metal.

10、 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection and standard quality assurance provisions. Unless otherwise specified herein or in the contract, the provisions of MIL-A-48078 shall apply and are hereby made a part of this detailed spec if i ca t ion. 2 Provided by IHSNot for Resal

The following types of inspection shall be conducted. a. First article inspection. b. Quality conformance inspection. 4.3 First article inspec

Inspection lots s

15、hall comply with the lot formation .provisions of MIL-A-48078. In addition, inspection lots shall contain: a. Body(dwg. 9340751) from not more than one interfix lot number from one manufacturer. b. Bushing, Boattail (dwg.-9333753) from not more than one interfix lot number from one manufacturer, 4.4

16、.2 Examinations. See MIL-A-48078. a. Sampling plans.
