After satisfying this requirement, the leakage test shall be performed on every subsequent third lot only. The requirement for the warhead is to provide a ballistic match with the M261 tactical MPSM warhead, realism, and an indication of ground impact resulting from the proper delivery of M75 grenades into ta

Performance shall be evaluated by ground launching a sample of 36 M267 warheads, assembled with M66 Mod 1, Mod 2, or Mod 3 motors, from any of the compatible launchers per the following matrix: CONDITIONING TEMPERATURE FUZE SET RANGE

21、ours and shall be fired within 10 minutes after removal from temperature conditioning chamber. Firing and fuze charging shall be accomplished by a Government-approved ballistic firing set. Grenade functioning and time from launch to cargo ejection shall be detected and recorded. Except with one situ

22、ation described below, the lot shall be rejected if three or more payloads fail to eject or if all the grenades in any warhead payload fail to function. In the event all three grenades from one warhead failed to function, the lot shall still be acceptable if both of the following conditions are met:

23、 a. One or more grenade duds from the failed warhead show evidence of air collision with the spent rocket casing or another grenade. b. The total dud count, excluding the grenade(s) that showed evidence of air collision, does not exceed 11.” PAGE 19 Paragraph 6.3: Delete “US Army Armament Research a
