Paragraph 3.7: Delete and

2、 substitute: “3.7 Sealing.- The telescope shall show no evidence of leakage in excess of 0.2 psig when subjected to an external pressure of dry nitrogen of five (5) pounds per square inch gage pressure (psig) for a minimum period of two (2) hours. as minus 25 Fahrenheit (F) .I Dew point of nitorgen
