11、PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for inspection. 4.1e1 Contractors responsibilities. Unless otherwise specified in the contract, the contractor i5 responsible for the performance of ail inspection requirements as specified herein, Except as otherwise specified in the con- tract, the contractor may use

12、his own or any other facilities suitable for the performance of the inspection requirements specified herein, unless disapproved by the Government. any of the inspections set forth in the specifications where such inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies and services conform to specified

13、re- quirements. The provisions of NIL-A-2550 shall apply, The Government reserves the right to perform 4.1.2 Submission of moduct. At the time the completed lot of product is submitted to the Government for acceptance the contractor shall suoply the following information accompanied by a certificate

14、 which attests that the information sovided is correct and applicable to the product being submi t t ed (a) A statement %hat the lot complies with all of the quality assurance provisions specified within this specification. (b) Number of units of product inspected. (cl Results obtained, by defect co

(e) Certificates of compliance on all material purchased by the contractor when such material is controlled by Government specifications referenced in any of the cont

16、ractual documents. (f) Number of items In the lot, (g) Ammunition data cards prepared in accordance with MIL-SID-1167 shall be supplied for each lot of like components. (h) Date submitted. Thecertificate shall be signed by a responsible agent of the certifying organization. The initial certificate s
