REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Material.-Materials rhall be in accordance with applicable 3.2 drawings and specifications. Parts,

7、-The parts shall comply with all requirements specified on Drawings (dugs.) 8865050, 8865051 and 8865052, as applicable, and with all requirements specified In applicable specif icatlona . in a thorough workmanlike manner. They ahall be free of burrsj chips, sharr, edges, cracks, unblended radii, su

8、rface defects, dirt, grease, corrosion products and other foreign matter. The cleanin? method used shall not be inji08 to any part nor shall the parts be contaminated by the cleaning agent. 3.3 Worlanan8hip.-All parts shall be fabricated and finished 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 General quali

9、ty as8urance provisions.-Unless otherwise specified In the contract or purchase order, the supplier is responsible for the performance of all inspection requirements as specified herein. Except as otherwise specifled, the supplier mzy utilize his own facilities or any commercial laboratory acceptabl

The Government reserves the right to perform any of the inspections set forth in the specification where such Inspections are deemed necessary to assure supplies

11、and services conform to prescribed requirements. Reference shall be made to Standard MILSTD-109 in order to define terms used herein, The provisions of Specification MIGA-2550 shall apply. 4.1.1 Contractor quality assurance system,-The contractor shall provide and maintain an effective quality assur

12、ance system in compliance with the requirements of Specification ML-1-45208. The contractoris quality assurance system shall contain a procedure for the reporting of critical defectives found during the course of his inspection and during inspection by the Government, Any critical defect encountered

13、, unless annotated by an asterisk (*) to the right of the characteristic code number (see 6.2), will be reported within 48 hours. A monthly summary report covering those CPItical defects annotated by an asterisk will be furnished, The agencies to whom the reports will be furnished are identified in

14、paragraph 6.5. The reports shall contain, as a minimum, the following information: a. Contractor and contract number. b. Number and revision date of specification. C. Character%stic code number. d. Int or serial number. e. Number of defectives found. f. g. Corrective action taken or recommended. Whe

15、n the Assignable cause or analysis of occurrence. corrective action is beyond the control of the contractor OF the scope of the contract, the report shall contain the contractors recommendation to the overnment. Submission of product.-At the time the completed lot of product is submitted to the Gove

16、rnment for acceptance the contractor shall supply the following information accompanied by a certificate which attests that the information provided is correct and applicable to the product being submitted: assurance provisions of the approved current written description of the system. 4.1.2 a. b. c

23、egular production, the contractor shall submit an initial production sample to a Government approved facility as designated by the contracting officer .(see 6.4) for evaluation In accordance with the provisions of 4.2,2. complete sets of parts (1.e. 25 each of every component) which have been produc

24、ed by the contractop or furnished by a supplier and which has been manufactured uslng bhe same production processes, procedures and equipment which will be used in fulfilling the contract. All parts and materials, including paokagng and packing, shall be obtained trom the same 8ourcs of supply as wi

25、ll be used in regular productlon. The sample shall be accompanied by certificates of analysis for materials. Contractors are not required to furnish drawings of commercial inspection equipment, but a ll4t of such equipment must be approved by the Government. Lists shall
