REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Material. - Materials and parts shall be in accordance with applicable drawi

6、ngs and specifications. 3.2 Assembly. - The mine assembly, with accessories, shall comply with all requirements specified on drawing (dwg.) 9289090 and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications. 3.3 Workmanship, - All parts and assemblies shall be fabricated in a thorough workmanl

7、ike manner, and all manufacturing, processing, and assembly operations shall be cor- rectly performed. They shall be clean and free of burrs, sharp edges, unblended radii, surface defects, chips, dirt, grease and oil (except where specifically required), holes, tears, voids, porosity, warpage, exces

8、s flash, cracks, chipped edges, blisters, corrosion products and other foreign matter. The cleaning method used shall not be injurious to any part or assembly nor shall they be contaminated by the cleaning agent Exterior surface coatings shall be continuous except for a few light scratches not expos

9、ing base material. All required markings shall be neat and sharply defined. 4. QUALITY ASSURANCE PROVISIONS 4.1 Responsibility for Inspection and Standard Quality Assurance Provisions. - Unless otherwise specified herein or in the contract, the provisions of MIL-A-48078 shall apply and are hereby ma

11、ality conformance inspection 4.3.1 Inspection lot formation. - Inspection lots shall comply with the lot formation provisions of MIL-A-48078. Lot numbering as required shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-1168. In addition each lot of mines shall contain: a. Parts of one lot interfix number from one

12、manufacturer. b, Practice, APERS Mine Body assemblies, M33, of one lot c. Firing devices of one lot interfix number from one d. Electrical test sets of one lot interfix number from e, Practice blasting cap M10 assembiies of one lot interfix interfix number from one manufacturer., manufacturer, one m

Unless otherwise specified in the classification of defects and test tables, sampling plans for major and minor defects shall be in accord- ance with MIL-STD-105, Inspection Level II. PREPARATION FOR DELIVERY. 5.1 Preservation and Packaging. 5.1.1 Level A. - Packaging for Mine, APERS, Practice, M68E1 with accessories dwg. 9289090 shall be in accordance with dwg. 9287716. . 5.2 Packing. 5.2.1 Level A. - Packi

18、ng for Mine, APERS, Practice, 681 shall be in accordance with dwgs. 9287716 and 9287717. 5.3 Markin . - Marking shall be as specified on dwgs. 9287716, 92 + 7719 and 9287720. 6. NOTES. 6.1 Intended Use. - The followfng items are used with the Mine, APERS, Practice, 681 system: a. Firing Device, Elec
