REQUIREMENTS - 3.1 Material. - Materials and parts shall be in accordance with applicable drawings and specifications 3.2 As

6、sembly. - The mine assembly, with accessories, shall comply with all requirements specified on drawing (dwg.) 928551.9 and with all requirements specified in applicable specifications. 3.3 Functioning. - The loaded mine assembly with accessories, following temperature-conditioning, shall function sa

11、p e ci f ie d here in or in the contract, the provisions of MIL-A-48078 shall apply , and are hereby made a part of this detail specification. 4.2 Classification of inspections. - The following type of inspection shall be conducted on this item. a. .Quality Conformance Inspection 4.3 guaiity conform

12、anee inspection 4.3.1 Inspection lot formation. - Inspection lots shall comply with the lot formation provisions of MIL-A-48078. Lot numbering as required shall be in accordance with MIL-STD-1168. In addition, each lot of mines shall contain: a. Parts of one lot interfix number from one manufacturer

20、ing plan and an AQL of 1.5 percent. The test shall be performed as specified in 4.4.1 using equipment in accordance with 4.3.4. comply with the specified requirement shall be classed defective. (Destructive test) Any assembly which fails to 4.3.4 Inspection Equipment. - The inspection equipment re- quired to perform the inspections and tests prescribed in this specification is identified in t

22、he Paragraph Reference/Inspection Method column in the tables starting with paragraph 4.3.2.1, and the test method paragraphs (see 4.4). The contractor shall submit for approval, inspection equipment designs in accordance with the terms of the contract. See Section 6 of MIL-A-48078, and sec- tion 6.

23、3 herein. 4.4 Test Methods and Procedures 4.4.1 Functioning. - This test shall be performed at an approved Government facility. The loaded mine and the acces- sories contained in it s bandoleer including the extension lines shall be conditioned at minus 40, plus or minus 2 degrees, Fahrenheit for 25

24、 plus or minus 5 hours. It shall then be functioned with the conditioned accessories wethin 3rninutes after removal from the temperature-conditioning chamber. Functioning shall be in accordance with the instruction sheet sewn on the bandoleer. Observation shall be made to determine compliance with t

25、he requirement specified in 3.3. 5.
