PFEjARATION ?OR DELIVERY 5.1 Packaging 5.1.1 Level A - Igniter Assemblies shall be packaged in barrier bags complying with the requirements of MIL-B-117 a Type I, Style 1, Class E bag. Each

6、barrier bag shall CO approximately i5 pounds of propellant. All excess air shall be exhausted from the bag and the bag closed by means of heat- sealing. 5.2 Packing 5.2.1 Level A - Two bags of propellant shall be packed in a nailed wood box conforming to MIL-B-2427, Type I, Class 1, Grade A requirem

7、ents. All interior surfaces of the box shall be lined with filler sheets conforming to Specification MIL-F-50449. Additional fillers shall be added as necessary to provide a tight pack, accordance with instructions contained in the appendix of the box specification. 5.2.2 : Boxes shall be closed and

8、 strapped in Level B - The igniters shall be packed in a .metal wood box complying with drawing 76-4-59. The interior of the container shall be lined with a polyethylene bag constructed., tested and closed as specified in paragraph 5.2.2.1. Air pressure test specified in drawing 76-4-59 is not requi

9、red. 5.2.2.1 Liners. Liners shall be made of conductiv polyethylene or polyolefin sheet wfth a nominal thickness -003 in. (tolerance plus or minus 20%); surface resistivity shall not exceed 103-ohms per centimeter, when tested in accordance with Methods 4041 and 4052 of Standard FED-STD-406. Electro
