12、ed. 2he grose weight shall not ex- ceed 200 pounds for domestic shipment or 70 pounds for export shipments, 5.3 and shall not be reproduced sither wholly or in part except when authorized in , connection with Government procurement, nor be used for any other-purpose except when apecificaly authorized by the Chief of Ordnance.
