2、d and is available for use by all Departments and Agencies of the Department of Defense. PAGE 1 2.1.1 Military Specifications, Add: “MIL-A-70625 - Automated Acceptance Inspection Equipment for Non-Electronic Components, Design, Testing and approval of“ PAGE 6 4.42.1 Delete table in its entirety and

PAGE 9 4.4.3.2 Add new paragraph. “4.4.3.2 Dimensional control of parts - In place of normal sampling associated with the classification of defects, a AMSC N/A qualification sample of at least ten parts. shall be inspected for verification of dimensional c

4、onformance in order to qualify each machine prior to production and after each production stoppage of more than one hour. qualification, one process sample shall be selected per 600 parts produced and at the end of a shift. Upon 4.4.3.2.1 Qualification of machine - If any defective parts are found d

5、uring qualification of the machine, the machine producing the defective part shall not be used in production. 4.4.3.2.2 Process sample - If any defective part is found when inspectin is performed on the process sample, the machine that produced the defective part shall be removed from producti.on. 7、NDMENT 1 4.4.3.2.3 Adjustment or rework of production machines - All machines removed from production because of some fault may, after adjustment or: rework, be returned to production provided they pass the qualification test above. 4.4.3.2.4 Statistical Process Control (SPC) Plan - The alternate sa

8、mpling plan shall be used only with the implementation of a procuring agency approved Statistical Process Control (SPC) Plan. See 6.5. The SPC plan shall record and monitor variable data. The data that are gathered from the acceptance sample may be used in the SPC data base.“ 4.4.4 Insert as the nex

11、tween datums A and C. d. At one location through the apex. e. At one location through the skirt. 4.5.3 Wall thickness variation. The samples selected for this test shall be inspected along one continuous circumferential element (360 ) at random location between datums A and B and along another conti

12、nuous circumferential element (360) at a random location between datums A and C.
