The box shall be ignited and the combustible coiaponents completely burned when tested as specified in 4.3.4, . -. - . 3.3 Oxidizer box. The o

The ignsiter boxes, tzken as specified in 4.4.2.2, shall be connected to either 5.q cells or a storage battery capable of furnishing a mini

15、mum current of 1 ampere at a voltage ranging from 2 to 6 volts, depending upon the length of the connecting leads. For lead lengths fron 10 to 100 feet, 6 volts me recorn-e-nded. Connecting leads shall be of ample size to carry a minhm current of 1 ampere. igniting. The igniter box shall be placed b

Each rack shall be rolled into a cyIinCirica1 shape and packaged in a WC, style RSC, fiberboard box coRfoming to PPP-3-636. The box shall be closed in accordame with the apm-dix requirexnts of

17、the box specification for onestic boxes. 5.1.2 Level C. Each rack shall be rolled into a cylindrical shzpe and packaged in a type 1, class 1, style RSC fiberboard box conforming to PPP-B-636. requirements of the box specification for domestic boxes. The box shall be closed in accordance with the a3p

18、endi.x 5.2 Packing. 5.2.1 Level A. Four racks, packaged as specified in 5.1.1, with 44 oxidizer boxes and 4 igniter boxes shal be packed as shown on Drawing D4-ll-103. 5.2.2 Level B. Came as specified in 5.2.1, except that a class 1, nailed wood box and type I, class A flat strapping or finisi: I, c

19、lass A round strapping shall be used. 5.2.3 Igniter box, level A (see 6.-2). Forty igniter boxes shall be packed in a class 2 overseas style 4 box for a type 1 easy load conforming -to PPP-B-621. A case liner conforming to type I or II, grade B of MIL-L-105 shall be placed inside the box. The ignite
