SCOPE 1.1 This specification covers
2、 one type of electronic components assembly (ECA) for use in the M28Ai. Helicopter Armament Subsystem. 2. 7、g activity or as directed by the contracting officer . ) 3 0 REQUIREMENTS 3.1 First article Requirements for submission of the first article shall be as specified in the contract (see 6.2). Unless otherwise speci- fied (see 6.2), the first article shall include the pilot pack (see 5,l). S02 Material
8、, construction and design. The electronic components assembly (ECA) shall conform to the material, construction and design requirements specified herein, on Drawing F11688148 and in MIL-W-13855. 3.2.1 Weight. The weight of the ECA shall not exceed 13.6 pounds. 3.3 Functional requirements. 3.3,1 Powe
9、r input. supplied with 22-30 volts direct current (vdc) from the aircraft power supply or equivalent, with 115 (+4.5 -7.5) volts alternating current (vac), 40 5 20 hertz (Hz) from the aircraft inverter. Maximum current shall be 3.5 amperes (amps). The ECA shall function when supplied with 22-24 vdc
10、with not more than 10 percent degradation of performance for 3.3.2, 3.3.4,1 thru 3.3.4.6 and 3.3.5.9, 3.3.5,lO. Testing shall be as specified in 4.5 . 3 . 2 o The ECA shall perform as specified herein when 3.3.2 M= to DC converter, Converters (AlAl and AlA2) shall convert aircraft supplied power (22
11、-30 vdc) into a regulated +28 + .12 vdc and -28 + *12 vdc. outpt: shall be not less than +25.2 vdc and not more than -25.2 vdc. The power transformer shall transform the aircraft converter supply of 115 vac + 4.5 vac -7.5 vac, 400 Hertz (Hz) + 20 Hz primary power into 26 volt source and two (2) volt source, separated in phase by 180 degr
13、ees. - Testing shall be as specified in 4.5e3w 2 shall shall 3.3.4 Circuit card assemblies. The circuit card assemblies (CCA) incorporate the electrical functions described herein. be as specified in 4.5.3.2. Testing 3.3.4.1 Elevation demodulator detector circuit card assembly This CCA includes the
14、elevation channel preamplifier and (AlA5A5). demodulator circuits of the servo system and the coincidence amplifier. The input signals to the servo preamplifier shall include the sighting station elevation resolver output, the elevation stow adjustment, the pilot range adjustment and the gunner rang
15、e adjustment. These signals shall be summed and amplified and introduced to the demodulator which shall remove the carrier signal as the first stage in lead compensation signal processing. shall be 0,068 vdc per milliradian of error input. error shall be represented by a signal level of 10 millivolt
16、s (mv). Therefore a 10 mv rms, 400 Hz error signal input to the preamplifier pin D of Alp3 shall equal 68 mv (dc) level output from the demodulator pin M of A1J1. This CCA contains the equalizer amplifier and the summing and power amplifier in the azimuth channel. the appropriate transfer function. from (AlA5A2) and an appr

This signal shall be summed with the amplified tachometer output and the dither oscillator output and amplified to operate the azhuth servo valve. The amplifier provid
24、es a differential current over the two halves of the servo valve solenoid. The amplifier shall provide a quiescent current of 5 milliamperes through each section of the solenoid when the turret is holding an ordered position and shall be capable of delivering up to a minimum of 10 milliamperes throu
