5、 shall be as indicated. The colors shall conform to the TIOH Hard Enamel Color Chip Numbers listed below. The white enameled areas in the five (5) rays on the obverse side of the pendant shall be convex within the dikes. COLOR CHIP NO. Red 4 Green 11 Blue 20 White 28 4. Epoxy resin (stoning epoxy) m

6、ay be used in lieu of hard enamel at the option of the manufacturer. When epoxy resin is used in lieu of hard enamel, the material requirement shall be gilding metal or red brass. 5. The center portion of the reverse of the pendant shall be smooth, flat, and suitable for engraving. 6. The finished p

7、endant ribbon length for Dash No. 1 shall be 1-7/8 inches 1/8 inch. 7. The design of the Officer and Legionnaire are identical except the Officer shall have the 3/4 inch diameter pendant ribbon device conforming to MIL-DTL-41819/2 centered on the pendant ribbon as shown. 8. The service ribbon for th

8、e Legion of Merit, Officer shall have the 3/8 inch diameter pendant ribbon device conforming to MIL-DTL-41819/2 centered on the service ribbon. 9. On an optional basis, the lug may be fabricated with one end an integral part of the pendant. Care should be taken that no sharp edges result from the be

Decoration set shall consist of a regular size medal, a service ribbon, and a lapel button all packaged in a presentation case c

10、onforming to MIL-C-14633, Type VIII, Style 6 with a Class 1, 1A or 3 pad. 11. The ribbon for the pendant drape and service ribbon shall conform to MIL-DTL-11589/80. 12. The lapel button shall conform to MIL-DTL-11484/10. CHANGES FROM PREVIOUS ISSUE: The margins of this specification are marked with
