The basic material for the class 1 coat shall be plain weave aramid printed with a Woodland Camouflage Pattern conforming to type II, class 5 of MIL-C-83429. The basic material for the class 2 coat shall be plain weave aramid conforming to

16、type II, class 6 of MIL-C-83429. The color for the class 2 shall be Tan 380. * 3.2.2 Material for pencil pockets. be basic material, ground shade cloth, or printed seconds cloth. for class 1 shall be colored to a ground shade conforming to class 5 of MIL-C-83429 prior to overprinting of the camoufla

The slide fastener for the pencil and utility pocket shall conform to type I, style 7, size M, short tab pull, 4-3/4 inc

23、h chain of V-F-106. * 3.2.5.2 Slide fastener tape. The slide fastener tape shall be aramid, 3/4 inch wide and shall be of sufficient length to comply with the slide fastener attachment operation (see table I, operation 21). The color for class 1 shall be Olive Green 106 and for class 2 shall be Tan

24、380. The finished tape shall show colorfastness to light and laundering equal to or better than the standard sample. When no standard sample is available, the “good“ fastness to laundering. - tape shall show “fair“ fastness to light after 6 standan fading hours, and e * 3.2.5.3 Slide fastener thonqs

25、. Each slide fastener shall be furnished with a thong of sufficient length to masure 2-1/2 to 3 inches (folded) when attached to the slider pull tab. The thongs shall be 1/4 inch wide conform- ing to MIL-T-43709. The color for class 1 shall be Olive Green 106 and for class 2 shall be Tan 380. Ends o

The button for the neck closure shall conform to type II, class D, style 26, 30-line of V-B-871. The color for

27、class 1 shall be Olive Green BP, Cable No. 62016 and for class 2 shall be Tan AJ, Cable No. 62028. The button shall have a dull finish. * 3.2.7 Gime. shall conform to type I or II, size No. 8 of A-A-50198. 1 shall be Camouflage Green 483 approximating color chip 34094 of FED-STD-595 and for class 2

The color of the thread for class 1 shall be Camouflage Green 483 approximating color chip 34094 of FED-STD-595 and for class 2 shall be Tan 380.
