REQUIREMENTS 3.1 Material. - All materials used in the manufactur

8、e of the carrier shall con- form to the specifications and drawings forming a part of this specification. 3.2 Manufacture. - The carrier shall be manufactured as specified on Drawing D5-47-450, which is listed on Drawing D5-47-459. 3.2.1 Stitching. - AlI rows of stitching shall be straight or regula

9、r iines, free from loose stitches or thread loops. 11、 male and female components of all fasteners shall be at- tached securely to the carrier. The pressure used in attaching the fastener components shall be applied in such a manner that the fabric will not be weakened or injured. 3.2.3 Carrier. - The carrier shall properly contain the kit components i

12、n a closed position. When opened and inverted, the carrier shall retain all kit components except dropper bulb covers. 3.3 Workmanship. - All work shall be done in a neat and workmanlike manner. 4. SAMPLING, INSPECTION, AND TEST PROCEDURES 4.1 Lot. - A lot shall consist of the carriers assembled by

13、one manufacturer, frGm the same materiais, and under essentially the same manufacturing conditions. The inspection lot for nondestructive inspection, within the above limitations, shall be designated by the inspectors. . 4.2 Sampling for nondestructive inspection. - Sampling for nondestructive in- s
