The contractor shall certify and maintain substantiating evidence that the product offered meets the salient characteristics of this commercial item description, and that the product conforms

8、to the producers own drawings, specifications, stanards, and quality assurance practices. Items with known defects &ail not be submitted for government acceptance. The Government reserves the right to require proof of such conformance prior to first delivery and thereafter as may be otherwise provid

9、ed for under the provisions of the contract. Packaging. Packaging shall be in accordance with ASTM D3951. CID based art identification number.
